Ordinance 202616, an emergency ordinance authorizing the director of public service and safety to submit an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for financial assistance and authorizing the financial commitment of the city of St. Mary's to fund the local share of the project. Mr. 12:18 Fox, Mr. Harris, this ordinance will allow us to seek financial aid from the PWC, the Ohio Works Public Commission, um to reconstruct Concord Avenue from West Spring Street up to Jackson. You'll see the legislation that has a price tag a little over $1.6 million. This grant will allow us to receive 190,000 from OPWC. 12:41 Um the rest of it will be through water sewer, our voted tax fund. The bid will be in July of 27. The project will start sometime in 28. Um we were notified on September 1st that we were eligible for this project. Um 12:58 they need the paperwork which includes a copy of this ordinance back by October 1st. So we would request a capacitor suspension of the rules. Again, it's 490,000. 13:08 Um, we were told that we were more than likely received this grant.”
