Online checkout is handled by HevoCore's payment partner (and may fall back to other processors we configure). Paddle may act as merchant of record and process payment card data on their systems under their privacy policy. HevoCore receives order metadata needed to issue and support your license (for example transaction id, email, tier, seats, and amount).
6. Sharing
We may share personal information with:
- Payment and fraud-prevention providers (e.g. Paddle);
- Infrastructure and email vendors that process data on our instructions;
- Professional advisors under confidentiality;
- Authorities when required by law; and
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention
We retain license, purchase, and activation records for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet accounting and legal duties, and resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for shorter operational periods unless needed for security investigations.

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a license registry and software business (access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege operations). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
