These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sentinel desktop application, license keys, activation services, public website, and related online services (together, the “Service”) offered by HEVOCORE LIMITED, trading as HevoCore (“HevoCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, activating, or purchasing a license for Sentinel, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
Sentinel is commercial desktop software developed and provided by HEVOCORE LIMITED (trading as HevoCore) for government and public-sector intelligence workflows (for example, meeting monitoring, archive search, procurement, legislative analysis, briefings, and related signals). Licenses are sold as digital goods: one-time, prepaid terms measured in whole years, with seat/machine activation limits based on the plan you purchase (Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise as described on our pricing page). A downloadable Enterprise pricing sheet is available for custom / Enterprise quotes.
Sentinel is not a general-purpose chatbot and is not sold as a standalone question-and-answer service. Any natural-language search in the desktop application is limited to records your license already covers (for example public-meeting transcripts, calendars, and archives). It does not generate unconstrained answers to arbitrary questions.
2. Accounts, eligibility, and authority
You must be able to form a binding contract. If you purchase or use Sentinel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding license keys and for all activity under your activations.
3. License grant
Subject to these Terms and timely payment, HevoCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted by us), non-sublicensable license to install and use the Sentinel desktop software on the number of machines (“seats”) permitted by your license tier and activation cap, solely for your internal business purposes, for the licensed term.
You may not:
- share, resell, rent, lease, or publicly redistribute license keys;
- circumvent activation, seat, or expiry controls;
- reverse engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law;
- remove proprietary notices; or
- use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Purchases and payment
Self-serve purchases are processed by our payment partner (currently Paddle). Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, your purchase contract for payment may also be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes and currency conversion may apply based on your location. License keys are delivered digitally after successful payment (including via the purchase success page and related email flows).
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Activation and the registry
Sentinel validates licenses against HevoCore's license registry. Activation may collect a machine identifier and license metadata necessary to enforce seats and expiry. Deactivating a machine or transferring seats may be limited by plan rules and anti-abuse controls. We may suspend or revoke a license for non-payment, fraud, chargebacks, or material breach.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Sentinel and any public feeds or content responsibly and lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other customers, scrape the Service in a way that degrades availability, or misuse meeting, procurement, or legislative signals for unlawful surveillance or discrimination. You remain responsible for how your organization interprets and acts on intelligence outputs.
7. Intellectual property
Sentinel, including its software, branding, documentation, and site content are owned by HevoCore or its licensors. Except for the license in Section 3, no rights are granted. Any feedback you provide to HevoCore may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms (payment processors, cloud storage, model providers, calendars, video platforms, and similar). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. HevoCore is not responsible for third-party outages interruptions, changes, or policy decisions outside HevoCore's reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HevoCore DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Intelligence, transcripts, signals, and summaries may be incomplete or incorrect; you must independently verify information before relying on it for procurement, legal, compliance, or operational decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEVOCORE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HEVOCORE FOR THE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify HevoCore against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content or configurations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
Your license ends when the term expires, when you stop using the software, or when HevoCore terminates for breach. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site with an updated effective date. Material changes for paying customers will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
