What happened

The Overton County Board of Education is preparing for a procurement opportunity related to HVAC replacement at Brickman School. This is a pre-RFP signal indicating that formal solicitations for this project have not yet been issued. During a recent meeting, the board discussed the need to replace several HVAC units that were not funded in previous rounds. The state has approved a grant of $63,000 for this purpose, and the board is moving forward with plans to obtain quotes and conduct bids. This presents a valuable opportunity for vendors specializing in HVAC services to engage with the board ahead of the formal solicitation.
